Roger McKenzie says he has found the perfect job at FPC as its church secretary. After coming back to Texas from almost seven years as sports editor for an Alva, Oklahoma, newspaper, he doesn't have to get up at the crack of dawn like his wife Carole, and he gets to come home early.
He also gets to put his skills from over 25 years in journalism to good use each week working on the church bulletin, its newsletters, and this website.
His wife Carole is a nursing professor at TAMU-Commerce. They have three grown children and two beautiful grandchildren. Their dog Gretchen lets them live with her in Greenville.
